The Knowledge Complex

Dr. Kyana M. Gordon is the Founder/CEO of The Knowledge Complex. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Stony Brook University. Upon graduation she received the opportunity to work within youth development as a case manager for a large nonprofit in Brooklyn, NY. It was during this time that her passion for working with students to prepare for college and building workshops began. Shortly after she pursued her Master of Public Administration at Metropolitan College of New York. She turned her interest to facilitating college level courses and became an adjunct professor working with a diverse group of students to attain their undergraduate degree. She earned her Education Doctorate in Executive Leadership at St. John Fisher College where she focused her research on vehicles of leadership development and retention for undergraduate students.

Dr. G, as her students fondly refer to her, has spent more than a decade learning, growing, teaching and giving. She built The Knowledge Complex for students K-12 in hopes to identify and enhance their talents and aid them in success in their postsecondary journey. The goal of this endeavor is to create exposure opportunities for all students at every level so that they may achieve their biggest and most precious dreams.
In addition, Dr. Gordon has created The Dr. KMG Scholarship fund for rising freshmen of Christ the King Regional High School where she graduated. Go CK Royals!
